Hainan chicken ( U Jin)


Hainan chicken
 
 






Ingredients
Annam rice, butter, garlic, ginger, oil, chicken, leek, onion, peppercorn, chili, soy s/c, salt, celery leaves

 
stock and chicken
1. chicken boiled with vegetable(leek, onion, peppercorn) and seasoning. (20~30min)
2. the ripe chicken cut greatly.
 





 
rice

1. garlic chop sauté with ginger oil, chicken fat (or butter) until golden.
2. put in the Annam rice .
3. Sauté until rice is transparent.
4. Put the rice is transparent, the chicken stock and simmer cover closed.
5. Whip sometimes.
 


Dipping s/c
- chili chop, dark soy s/c , sugar, vinegar
