Ingredients fot seasonig
fish sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar,
chili powder, thick black soy sauce
chickn stock, chicken powder
mothod
1. cut chicken and beef into thin stripts, marinade with soy sauce, pepper, chopped garlic, sugar,
chili powder.2. fry egg noddles until light golden brown and crispy. Trasrer the noodles to paper towel. Keep warm.

4. slice mushrooms, carrots, red bell pepper into bite size.
5. sauteed garlic, shallots, onion and chicken breast, beef, mushrooms, carrots, bell pepper, broccoli,
bean sprout, young corn, scallop. (sacllops are chewing when you long cook.)
6. add soy sauce, oyster sauce, tick black soy sauce, chicken stock, chicken powder.
7. put the egg noodles and spead the sauce.
