Banh cuon with sweet potato fritter 201112113 Jang young-min(Tina)


Banh Cuon Ingredient
   -Banh Cuon - Topioca flour, water, oil
   -Filling- pork, fungus, salt, pepper, fish sauce, green onions

Cooking method
1. mix topioca flour 400g , 800ml water and oil properly.
2. saute minced pork, chopped fungus and chopped greem onions in oil. Seasoning salt, pepper and fish sauce.
3. cook the batter in steam on guaze spread oil.
4. put cooked filling on cooked batter and roll up.

Sweet potato fritter Ingredient
 sweet potato, shrimp, mung bean, onions, rice flour, baking powder, turmeric powder, salt, pepper.

Cooking method
1. slice sweet potato for juilenne.
2. mix all ingredient together.
3. deep fry in oil
