Rice paper rolls, Steamed pork cake and Steamed rice with Pan roasted pork 201112113 Jang young-min (Tina)

 Rice paper rolls Ingredient
    poached pork belly, shrimps, lettuce , bean sprouts, herb- mint, basil , noodles.

Cooking method
1. Poach pork belly in water with onions, garlics, leeks for 30minutes.
2. Boil shrimps in water with onions, garlics, leeks for 3~4minutes.
3. Take off boiled shrimps skin and cut in half.
4. Boil noodles and slice poach pork belly.
5. Dip rice paper in hot water and put lettuce, noodle, pork belly on rice paper in order. And roll up the rice paper halfway put the shrimps and green onions.

Sauce Ingredient
  oil, hoisin, peanut butter, garlic, sugar, fish sauce, chili

Cooking method
  Saute garlic in oil , after then put all sauce ingredient and mix evenly.

Steamed pork cake Ingredient
  minced pork, fungus, green onions, carrot, egg, noodles, salt , pepper, fish sauce

Cooking method
1. Chop noodles and seperate egg yolk and egg white.
2. Put all ingredient in bowl except for egg yolk and mix.
3. Seasoning salt, pepper and sesame oil. Put them in small bowl - ★
4. Mix egg yolk together oil -☆
5. Spread ☆ on ★
6. Steam them for 30minutes.

Steamed rice with pan roasted pork Ingredient
  pork skin, pork shoulder, roasted rice powder, garlic, salt, pepper, sugar, soy sauce.

Cooking method
1. Boil pork skin and remove fat.
2. Slice pork skin very thin.
3. Pan roasted marinade pork shoulder and slice alike pork skin.
4. Mix chopped garlic, sliced pork skin and pork shoulder and rice powder.
5. Seasoning sugar, salt and soy sauce.
