Fruits Biscuit wiht Gochujang cream cheese - Moon Jin Hyun





Ingredient
- gochujang 30g, cream cheese 100g, pineapple 50g, kiwi 50g, raspberry 50g, mint 10g, biscuit 8ea.

Method
1. Gochujang, cream cheese toghter mixed.
2. pineapple, kiwi cut 1cm*1cm and prepared raspberry.
3. gochujang cream cheese on the biscuit and on the fruits, mint.

In the photo above the cooking contest are cooked when I make the top. I am of Korea's traditional food and traditional food to western countries to suit modern tastes that prefer to fusion.
