- Chicken Breast 200gm
- Shallots 20g
- sun-dried tomato halves 16pes
- button mushrooms 200g
- Chicken stock 100ml
- Full cream
- baby potatoes
- rosemary 10g
- 20ml olive oil
- black pepper 2 tsp
- parsley chopped
- spinich 100g
- bacon 6pes
- cream cheese 100g
- carrot 1ea
- onion 150g
- orange juice To taste
- honey To taste
Method
1.Preheat oven to 200℃
2.Flatten the chicken breasts, season with salt&pepper ,and place two pieces of sungried tomatoes down the middle of each
3.saute the bacon&onion and mix with creamcheese
4.blanch the spinich and rinsed in cold water
5.Rollthe spinich with No.3 and place in chicken breast after that Roll the Chicken Breast and
tie with thread
6.Make the sauce (Sweat the onion with butter, Add sliced mushrooms and chicken stock .
Reduce and add cream season and simmer for 10 minutes
7.Make garnish( boiled potatoes and cut in halves ,make glazed carrot
8.saute the Chicken breastes and put in the oven and cook about 15 minuites
9.Remove thread and cut the chicken and make one dish

personally i was give a skeptical response in a put the cream cheese in chicken .
It might be a very too oily but after i ate it feels very clean tastes
So i got a little shocked because I thought I'd use onlycream cheese in pastry or desserts
not in main dishes
