panacota(choi hyeon ki ,English name Hue)





ingredient
gelatine- 3pc
water
sugar-150g
cream-500ml
strawberry-200g
icing sugar-25g
balsamic-5ml
mint-garnish
vanilla essense 1T
 




cooking  method
1.gelatine is melt the cold water
2.mix the sugar and cream boil the pot and than add the
melt gelatine and add vanilla essense
3.mix the strawberry ,icing sugar and balsmic so a little crsh
4.boil contents put in the cup or mold and cool the refrigerator during one hour
5. put up the number 3
6. last garnish mint
