Spicy Pasta Arrabiata



Ingredient

Penne Pasta - 300g

Medium Onion - 1 ea

Tomatoes - 400 g

Tomato juice - 450ml

cheese grated - 175g

cloves Garlic - 2~3 ea

Red chilli flakes

Green pepper - 1ea

Basil - 1 tsp

Oregano - 1tsp

Dash of red grape juice

Olive oil

salt

 




Method of preparation


1. Boil and strain the penne pasta.

2. Heat oil in a saucepan.

3. Add finely chopped garlic, onion, green chilies and fry til onions turn golden.

4. Add tomatoes and cook. Add tomato juice later.

5. Add basil, oregano, chili powder, grape juice and salt to taste.

6. cook for about 3 minutes and add strained pasta.

7. Remove it from the flame.

8. Garnish with grated cheese and chili flakes.

9. Spicy pasta Arrabiata is ready to serve.
