Rice Cake Skewer(Song hee.seo Esther)

food name: Rice Cake Skewer

Ingredients :
-Rice cake 3 ea
-Beef 150g
-Carrot1 ea
-Scallion1 bunch
-Shiitake mushroom 6 ea
-Wooden Skewer 10 ea

For Sauce :
-Soy sauce 3 Tbsp
-Green Onion 2 ea
-Garlic 3 cloves
-Sesame oil 1 Tbsp
-Sesame seeds, crushed 2 Tbsp
-Sugar2 Tsp
-Black pepper t.t
-Red pepper, Shreded

Method : 
1. Cut rice cake into 7cm long and cut them quater. Blanch them and risnse with cold water.

2. Score the beef and cut them into 8cm long.

3. Peel the carrot and cut into 7cm long. Blanch them.

4. Cut scallion into 7cm long.

5. Saok the shiitake mushroom and remove stipe. Cut cap into 1cm wide.

6. Mince green onion and garlic.

7. Make a sauce with soy sauce, green onion, garlic, sesame oil, crushed sesame seeds, black pepper, and suagr.

8. Marinate rice cake, beef, carrot, scallion, and shiitake with the 1/2 of sauce.

9. Skewer every ingredients according color.

10. Put lefover the sauce both side, then grill or saute them.
