Sauce - Red wine, onion, bay leaf, thyme, pepper corn, glace de viande
Direction
1. Beef tenderloin should be marinade with rosemary, salt and pepper.
2. Cook on a pan or grill crispy on the outside.
3. Cook in preheated oven 5 minutes.(180℃)
4. Saute vegetable. with olive oil, salt and pepper.
5. Demi in to the saucepan with bay leaf, peppercorn, thyme, and onion.
Boiled then put into red wine, boiled once more.
6. Plating and finish!!
