Vegetable Fritters (ye ri Kwon, Ali)

*Materials
Potato 2
Carrot 1
Jyukinihobak
Olive oil
Onion 1
Parsley
Apple mint
Egg 1
Flour
Salt and pepper
 
*Direction
1. Potatoes, carrots, grind jukini Sprinkle with salt, place.

2. Julianne heated onion and saute pan, heat oil

3. Vegetables, onion and parsley, apple mint, eggs and flour and mix well.

4.Salt and pepper then fashioned with a diameter of 1cm 4cm thick floured and put prepared.

5.Heated pan, heat oil to simmer fried Fritters surface of the produce ripen fully.

6.When you are served warm.
