3Mushroom cream pasta    (Liky)

Ingredients

Tagliatelle   100g

3 mushroom, sliced   30g(each 10g)

Onion, sliced   10g

Garlic, clove   2ea

Olive oil   1Tbsp

Cream sauce   120ml(4oz)

Chicken stock   120ml(4oz)

Parmesan cheese   to taste

Salt&Black pepper   to taste

  Dish method of preparation

1. garlic saute on pan

2. Put in onion sliced and 3 mushroom, salt&black pepper and tasting

3. Add cream sauce, chicken stock

4. Add poached pasta and parmesan cheese, salt&black pepper

5. Finsh!!!
