Salad Nicoise

Ingredients

● Tuna one half can
● Potatoes 1
● Tomatoes 1
● Lettuce As Needed
● Red onions one half Slice
● Eggs 4pcs
● Olives 16pcs
● Green Onions
● Anchovy 5pcs

Dressing
● Olive oil 7 Tablespoon
● Red wine vingar 4 Tablespoon
● Chopped  Parsley 1 Tablespoon
● Garlic 2 minced
● Salt 1 Teaspoon
● Black pepper 1 Teaspoon

Preparation

1. Boil Potatoes.
2. Tomatoes are quartered.
3. Prepare the lettuce as needed.
4. To slice the red onion.
5. Boil the eggs to 6 minutes.
6. Prepare a 16-olive.
7. In addition to onion slices.
8. Prepare the 5pcs Anchovy
9. Finally, olive oil 7T, red wine vinegar 4T, Chopped parsley 1T, garlic minced 2, salt 1t, gives a mixture of black pepper 1t. (Complete dressing)
