Pan Fried Sea Bream in mediterranean sauce
Ingredients

Sea bream 15g
Olive oil 15ml
Clam stock 4oz
Baby tomato 3ea
Tomato 1ea
Garlic 2ea
Flour 1Tbsp
Grean olive 3ea
Black olive 3ea
Onion 15g
Olive oil 1Tbsp
Pepperocini 0.5Tsp
salt&pepper to taste

Method of preparation

Mending Sea bream and Marinade salt&pepper
Garlic is sliced, Onion chopped, Olive slice Peperocini chopped
Baby tomato divide into 4
Pan add olive oil sauteed Sea bream
Add garlic, Onion and extra ingredients
Add pasta and stock and tomato concase
Keep boiling
Add salt & pepper
