Aglio e Olio





Ingredients

Spaghetti - 140g
Extra Virgin Olive Oil - 60ml
Garlic (Sliced)- 5~6ea
Chicken Stock - 120ml
Parsley (Chopped) - t.t
Salt&pepper - t.t
Peperocino - t.t


Method of preparation

-Is a slice of garlic
-Boil the spaghetti in the pot at 7min(to Aldante)
-Put the Olive oil pan Saute the garlic
-Stock and Spaghetti in the pan Saute
-add the Salt&pepper&Peperocino To taste
-Sprinkle Parsley on Pasta
