Pho bo (Beef Noodle Soup)


Cooking Time

2hour

Ingredients

  • Rice Noodle
  •  Beef Bone 1Kg
  • Beef Tenderloin 300gm
  • Onion 1pc
  • Ginger 50gm
  • Star Anise 5pc
  • Clove 10pc
  • Cinnamon 10gm
  • Black Pepper 20gm
  • Leeks 100gm
  • Fish Sauce ( T.T )
  • Salt ( T.T )
  • Sugar ( T.T )

Method

  1. Rice noodle soak in the water. (1Hour)

  2. Burn Onion, Ginger.(use a Grill)

  3. Boil a beef bone after simmering, at this time add a leek, onion, ginger, sachet(staranise, clove, cinnamon, blakc pepper)

  4. simmer time is 1hour. (If you over time, stock color is darkness)

  5. slice beef tenderloin.(very thin)

  6. Filter stock, add a salt, sugar, fish sauce.

  7. Boil a rice noodle only 30sec.

  8. serve in a bowl. if you want more ingredient. add a ingredient(example mung bean, coriander, slice onion, leek and so on)
