Pho bo (Beef Noodle Soup)

Ingredients
- Rice Noodle
- Beef Bone 1Kg
- Beef Tenderloin 300gm
- Onion 1pc
- Ginger 50gm
- Star Anise 5pc
- Clove 10pc
- Cinnamon 10gm
- Black Pepper 20gm
- Leeks 100gm
- Fish Sauce ( T.T )
- Salt ( T.T )
- Sugar ( T.T )
Method
Rice noodle soak in the water. (1Hour)
Burn Onion, Ginger.(use a Grill)
Boil a beef bone after simmering, at this time add a leek, onion, ginger, sachet(staranise, clove, cinnamon, blakc pepper)
simmer time is 1hour. (If you over time, stock color is darkness)
slice beef tenderloin.(very thin)
Filter stock, add a salt, sugar, fish sauce.
Boil a rice noodle only 30sec.
serve in a bowl. if you want more ingredient. add a ingredient(example mung bean, coriander, slice onion, leek and so on)
