mustard sauce steak



ingredient

Beefi(sirloin) 200g,Onion  1ea,Potato 1ea,Baby vegetables  100g,Asparagus-3 spears,Bread crumbs -1 cup,Olive Oil (Pure) a litte bit,Salt & pepper-a little bit,mustard 2Tbsp


method


1.Watch the ingredients
2.Tenderize the beef by poking it with the end of the knife and season it with salt and pepper.
3.Cut the potatoes in trianges with skin on, and blanch them in salted water.  Dry them off and season them with salt & pepper and deep fry them
4.Blanch the asparagus spears and stir fry them
5.Cut onions into 1cm thick rings and wash them with cold water.  Pat dry the onion righs and coat them with ollive oil then bread crumbs, then deep fry them.
6.Add olive oil to the pan and heat it well.  Cook the steak medium well-done.
7.Add soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar, and broth to make mustard sauce.
8.Place the steak on the plate and decorate it with the baby genetables, onions, and potatoes, and pour the mustard sacue on top.
