Stove Top : Mix 2 Tbsp of Seameal Custard Dessert MIx to a smooth paste with a small amount of milk taken from 600mL. Add the remaining milk and mix well. Bring to the boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stand the pan in cold water for 5 minutes, then pour custard into serving dishes. Refrigerate until set and keep in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Eat on a day of preparation.
To microwave : prepare the dessert mix and milk in a 2 litre microwave jug;
microwave on high for 3-4 mins or until mixture just comes to the boil.
Stir after each minute. Serves 4.
