Wok Fried Noodles (Cusine Of Vietnam)

Ingredients
shrimp
broccoli
bell pepper
onion
oyster mushrooms
shiitake mushrooms
garlic
pork
*pork seasoning-garlic
           fish sauce
           salt
           sugar
           pepper

*whole seasoning
oyster sauce
soy sauce
corn starch
fish sauce
sugar
black pepper
chili powder

Method
1. chop garlic, cut broccoli into small size and cut bell pepper, onion into julienne      size
2. tear the oyster mushroom and cut mushroom 1/4size
3. Soak the rice noodles in warm water for 30 minutes and drain well.
4. slice pork and then marinade with garlic, fish sauce, salt, sugar, pepper
5. wash the shrimp and take off the heads. peel the shrimp and remove the shells,     the tails are retained
6. fry rice noddles until light golden brown and crispy. cut bite size
7. add the oil, sauteed garlic, onion and slice pork. and then add oyster sauce, chicken stock, chili powder,
8. put shrimp, oyster mushrooms, broccoli, bell pepper, shiitake mushrooms
9. seasoning fish sauce, chili powder and add starch for thick concentration 
10. put the rice noodles and spead the sauce.
11. garnish with corianders and leek
