Ingredients
Chocotalte - 170g
Butter - 170g
Coffee - 60ml
Sugar - 170g + 1Tbs
Rum - 30ml
Vanulla - 1Tbs
Water - 15ml
Egg - 4ea
Method of Preparation
1. Melt Chocolate & Butter
2. add Coffee
3. 2/3Cup Sugar & Yolk Mix and add melt Chocolate & Butter
4. 15ml Water, Rum, whisk Untill Thick Over Warm Water Pot
5. Egg White With Salt & Sugar(1Tbs) & Vanilla Until Frothy
6. Fold1/3 of EggWhite Mixture at a time into Chocolate
7. That in to Glass and into Refrigerator at 1h
