Vanila prawn salad
Ingredients
12 prawns
50ml white wine
1 juice of orange
2 est of orange
0.5Table spoon Vanilla
chopped parsley
salt
white pepper
20g minced garlic
olive oil
Method of preparation
Prawn - Marinade [Orange juice, (befor sauteed salt, pepper)] for 1 hour
Make sauce
sauteed prawn in hot butter
sprinkle parsley chopped
