Cheese gratin 201212154 Lee saet byul(star)



recipe:
* 2 slices of white bread
*pumpkin
*mozzarella cheese
*butter
*onion
*flour
*peas
*bread crumbs
1. Peel the pumpkin and take the seeds out.
2. Finely cut up the mozzarella cheese.
3. Spread butter on your bread and cook on the pan until golden brown.
4. Cut your pumpkin flat.
5. Cut your onion finely.
6. Put butter on your pan and cook your cut onions.
7. With one tablespoon of butter and your measured flour, fry it to make your white sauce.
8. Put your bread, cooked vegetables, and peas into the white sauce.
9. Put your white sauce and bread crumbs in the gratin bowl and bake in the oven.
