Ratatouille
<Recipe Ingredients>
; Zucchini 1ea
Egg plant 1ea
Onion 1ea
Garlic 5ea (mince)
Red bell pepper 1ea
Tomato 1ea
Thyme Few
Basil Few
Olive oil
Bouguet-garni
Tomato-paste
Cayenne pepper
<Cooking Directions>
1. Cut the zucchini, eggplant, onion, red ball pepper, tomato in medium size.
2. Reserve some of olive oil and heat the remainder in a one pan.
3. Add the garlic cook over a low heat, stirring constantly, until golden brown.
4. Add the onion, red bell pepper, tomato, and egg plant order fly.
5. And anoter pan is the 2-3 process repeat.
6. Add the onion, and zucchini order fly in the 2rd pan.
7. All vegetable is done to a turn, mix the 1st pan and 2rd pan.
8. Put in tomato-paste from compound vegetable.

13. Transfer the food to a dish.
