Cranberry Chicken pies-201212130 park a rom (Romi)





Ingredients
cook's note : Serve 2 squares with a handful of rocket leaces for a lovely starter.
  •   375g pack ready folled flaky pastry
  •   150g philadelphia light
  •   100g cranberry sauce
  •   250g cooked chicken or turkey, cut into pieces

Method
  1. Cut the flaky pastry into 24 squares and place on non-stick baking trays
  2. Spoon the philly onto the pastry squares and top with the cranberry sauce and chicken poeces
  3. Cook for 10-15 minutes in a pre-heated oven, 220℃,425°F, Gas Mark 7 or until the pastry is      
     golden brown
  4. Leave to cool slightly and serve warm.
