Chocolate Mousse (what I have learned recipe)
Ingredients
Butter 500g
Chocolate 250g
sugar 100g
egg yolks 4
egg whites 6
1.Beat egg whites in large bowl until foamy.
2.Full the pot with water and boil it, when bubbles comes up, warm up in a double boiller.
3.Put the sugar 100g into Egg whites foam and stir until sugar is melted.
4.Put some butter into melted chocolate and melt butter.
5.Put egg yolks into melted chocolate and stir softly.
6.Grind orange peel and put into melted chocolate.
7.Mix egg whites foam and melted chocolate softly.
8.Chill the chocolate mousse in refigerator for 1 hour.
