tomato spaghetti (201212129 Park su jin)

Tomato spaghetti

Ingredients
garlic 3
onion 1
carrot 1
tomato 1
sea mussel 3
shellfish 5
white wine 10g
bacon 10g
tomato hall 3
tomato paste 15g
chicken stock 30g
red wine 10g
slat 10g
pepper 10g
sugar 5g
oregano 2g
noodle 30g
parsely 3g

making tomato spaghetti
1. garlic, onion, bacon, carrot = chop
    tomato, tomatohall = dice
2. Boil spaghetti noodle for a10 minutes(oil+salt)
3. Greese frying pan and roast one garlic,onion,bacon,carrot=roast those together
    and add tomato,tomato hall,tomato paste,red wine = boil it
    and put chicken stock and than salt,pepper,sugar and oregano put in.
    and skimming allows water boils.
4. spagetti noodle mix up with olive oil.
5. Saute - sea mussel+shellfish - white wine
6. noodle+ tomato sauce + seafood = mix
7. pesto = Put oil in a blender and grind gives parsley.
8. tomato spaghetti pretty on the plate add pesto.
