Oyster SeaMustard Soup
I chose this food because I cooked for my mother’s birthday.
seaweed is my mother’s favorite food. she like this better than beaf seamustard soup. and mother liked my cooking food.
ingredients
● Seaweed (some) Oyster (some) crushed garlic (5 garlic mince 1 spoon) sesame oil (1 spoon) perilla oil (3 spoon) soup soy souce (2 spoon) sault (1 teaspoon)
How make?
First, Seaweed soaked with water in bowl. during 10~15 minute.
soaking seaweed, crushed garlic and sesame oil (or perilla oil) are fried in fan.
then Boil the fried things mixed with water for 20 minute.
and the soup season [salt and soup soy souce] to suit one's taste
finally, Bring just to boiling, stirring constantly.
