Kimchi Beef Rollard(201212129 Park su jin)



Ingredients


beef 500g
sweet potato 1
kimchi 1
rice cake 100g
young pumpkin 1
garlic 3
onion 1
carrot 1
butter 10g
salt 10g
pepper 10g
sugar 1g

making Kimchi Beer Rollard

1.Beef - cut in to slice - marinades(salt,oil,hub,pepper)
2.sweet potato - boilling
3.kimchi - Wash water so that the red kimchi.
4.kimchi and rice cake meat on the top of - roll- syiade - roasting 6~7 minute.
5.Garnish -sweet potato - dice  kimchi, butter, salt, pepper and sugar mix.
-youg pumpkin - a chef's knife - slice =deep frying
-carrot - oliveto - boiling - grazing(butter,salt,pepper)
6. sauce - deglazing (garlic,onion = chop)
      -Pan roasted beef, garlic, onion, tomato paste and fry makes red wine put down.
