grilled lamb chops (park yu rim)



Ingredients
  • lamb chops 250g
  • oil 10ml
  • potatoes 200g
  • water cress little
  • butter 20g
  • parsley 5g
  • lemon 1/2
  • salt, pepper mill little
method
  1. lamb chops : ① spread oil on grill pan and lamb chops. ② heat up grill pan. ③ grilling. ④ season with salt and pepper.
  2. potatoes : ① peel potatoes. ② cut in to julienne size. ③ fry potatoes to 170˚C. ④ season with salt and pepper.
  3. parsley&butter : ① clean the leaf of parsley and chop. ② add butter and lemon juice and stir. ③ season with salt and pepper.
  4. finish : put lamb chops, potatoes and parsley&butter on a plate appropriately.
