Ingredients
- lamb chops 250g
- oil 10ml
- potatoes 200g
- water cress little
- butter 20g
- parsley 5g
- lemon 1/2
- salt, pepper mill little
- lamb chops : ① spread oil on grill pan and lamb chops. ② heat up grill pan. ③ grilling. ④ season with salt and pepper.
- potatoes : ① peel potatoes. ② cut in to julienne size. ③ fry potatoes to 170˚C. ④ season with salt and pepper.
- parsley&butter : ① clean the leaf of parsley and chop. ② add butter and lemon juice and stir. ③ season with salt and pepper.
- finish : put lamb chops, potatoes and parsley&butter on a plate appropriately.
