Japchae 201212144 An Hae Myeong




 Ingredients

Pork 200g, onion 100g, fifty-two 100g, carrots, 100g, mushrooms 100g, noodles 20g, egg 2, times 2/3, pine nuts, 2T
 Condiments: salt, chopped onion, minced garlic, sesame oil amount
 Beef sauce: soy sauce 1.1/2T, chopped garlic 2t, sugar 1.1/2T, some black pepper, sesame oil 1/2T


 Cooking Directions
1. The pot of vegetables with salt and garlic and fry, respectively.
 2. Scald the spinach and season it with salt and sesame oil.
 3. Fry pork with salt and pepper.
 4. Once again put the ingredients together and fry roasted.
